Atlas Migration is a Migration, Education and Recruitment agency based in Sydney CBD. Our mission is to help and guide our clients through every step of their migration journey in Australia.
We are looking for a Migration Assistant to join the Migration team. The ideal candidate is a young and well-organized individual able to provide assistance to the Migration Agent and his collaborators.
Your responsibilities might include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the migration team to draft a wide range of visa applications (family visas, sponsored visas, tourists visas etc.);
- File management, preparing documents and data entry;
- Write job advertisements for a wide range of occupations;
- Manage job-seeking portals including Indeed, Jora and Jobactive;
- General clerical duties, such as collecting, scanning and electronic filing of documents;
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor degree;
- Italian speaker;
- Detailed oriented;
- Well organised;
- Good time management ability;
- Previous experience in Migration Agencies would be preferred;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 55,000 to 65,000
